Christmas holidays.

My first Christmas far away from my family and friends was spent in Sweden with my sister Lucile. Those pictures show the great time we had here in the North ! First days in Stockholm, then in Umeå, then in Kiruna where we visited the Ice Hotel... Grrreeeeat !

Stockholm

We start our journey in the capital of Sweden. Magnificient weather in the morning, pouring rain in the afternoon when my sister arrives by plane... We visit the National Museum as well as the Music Museum, and we spend our first night at Al Chapman Youth Hostel.

We also visit the old town and the telecommunication tower, leading us to a splendid view of the city, 155 meters high...

View of Stromsborg, the smallest island of Stockholm. The Parliament open hall. End of Slottsbacken, close to the Royal Palace, leads to the sea.
Al Chapman youth hostel's sailing boat. Birdie. Birdie again.
Stockholm's Opera, in front of Jakobs Torg. View over the city (and myself) from heights. City again.
Inside the tower. Cathedral under the snow. Bridge leading to Al Chapmans'.
Lucile bought some souvenirs ! Kicki's Bar. Sergels Torg, tower made of glass.
Ice-breaking train engine. Our train-beds. Lucile writing in the train.
I'm writing, too ! Lucile is reading Rousseau.
Stockholm's Cathedral. Office building. Street at dawn. Red hood Lulu ;).
Me too. Sculptures in the modern art museum. Watching the sky... Night lights on buildings.
Again. Writing in the train...
